LO3 - After Feedback Update

Feedback

After looking over my feedback I got told that I should make more products to sell at my event here are the ideas i came up with, that were inspired by other events thats also influenced the logo itself.

The Notebook

The idea for making a notebook  came from Doc Fest, as they have really placed there logo and design on everything including commerative spoons to books, the book I thought was an interesting idea, and looking into it. It would be very cost effect the pricing they have done on this website http://www.alocalprinter.co.uk/uk/kraft-printed-notebooks/ is very cost effective and cleverly done, I estimate I could get 15 thousand people to go to my event with the correct marketing strategies. Looking at the pricing on hardback notebooks on amazon they average out to the price of £10.00. http://www.amazon.co.uk/Brook-Street-Notes-Motivational-Notebook-Hardback-White/dp/B00V6N5PQ4/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1450093037&sr=8-2-spons&keywords=hardback+notebooks&psc=1 looking at the price I can get them for I would say people are getting ripped off, I think getting 100 notebooks for £165 and then selling each notebook for £5.00 meaning if I sell all of them I will be making £335. The reason as to why I am limiting the number of books is because I am not sure that many people would be interested in purchasing them.

The Vinyl

The idea for the Vinyl isn't something that I have ever seen before but looking into the idea I haven't seen why. Here are the vital stats on the vinyl idea to ensure that its a success. https://www.prices.keyproduction.co.uk/vinyl  this site offers 500 vinyl pressings for £1,056.00 2.112 per vinyl The most risky part of my marketing and advertising campaign is the idea of offering the audience the CHOICE to buy a vinyl at the end of the show. This is risky as it isn’t something that is done at festivals, like T-Shirts. But if I include the vinyl as something that the first 500 people that purchase tickets get and simply add £10.00 to the cost of every ticket I will be making more than 4 times the money that I originally spent on the vinyl. And by keeping the price the same for people that purchase tickets after the 500 have sold I am avoiding any legal issues.

The T-Shirt

Th    The T-shirt idea obviously isn't an original idea, but has been tried and tested in the world of music festivals.

The Bag

yf      The Bag is all a part of the marketing strategy, for my festival. I decided to use the full logo with the Jazz Player on it to

LO3 - Survey Monkey Feedback

The Feedback on this shows that I should expand the range of products, the feedback suggests that I make a back to the T-Shirt which is an idea I am going to use and found rather useful.
The feeback on this was ideal as I didnt want to change the colour anyway.
The feeback for this was really positive too which means I have fufilled my main goal of conveying the message that the graphic was meant to give to the audience.
The poster was the least chosen one, I am happy the vinyl did get some positive feeback considering it was the most risky move to make out of all of the merchandise. But this feedback was to be suspected hence the next question being specifically about the poster.
The feeback on the poster was two improvments needed out of the three, so I am going to have to change hte way that the poster looks. The ways that I will do this is by adding some pictures of the main artists in the background and also add some more information to the event but in a way that isnt cluttered.
