Legal and Ethical Issues
I will ensure that I am following the guidelines set by the ASA, by ensuring that will not use any offensive language or imagery on the products I create. I will need to not show any images or text which glorify drugs, alcohol, sexual acts or violence. As the people attending the event will be a range of ages and the posters will be all around the city, young people will be likely to see it so I will need to make sure that I do not use any adult content. I have created my logo as a triangle with a Miles Davis sillhoutte to represent the theme of jazz, I did this knowing that it did not have any imagery which could offend anyone, but will also send the message to the person viewing it what my even represents and is about.

The launch date of the advertising campaign will be 2 months before the actual event 18th of December 2015. This will allow the branding to sink in with the audience and be engraved into their minds this will hopefully convince them to go to the event.

Designer Pay Per Hour
After a fair amount of research on these websites
By looking through these sites the average amount a graphics designer makes £8.66 an hour which is a price that I don't think will be very beneficial due to the fact that this designer could exaggerate the amount of work he has to do. So I researched a little more and found a guy at this website
http://start.fivesquid.com/?gclid=Cj0KEQiAm-CyBRDx65nBhcmVtbIBEiQA7zm8lZTovlEtLZOU9_4vlDuCNRd1eGhsJV1Zi_uKMjw1FSkaAubc8P8HAQ he offers his services for £5.00 per logo, I will offer him £10.00 to ensure that I get the best work that he has to offer. Which in the long run will produce something better than the logo I made because he is getting paid to do so.
Software
The price for the software I need will cost £12.38, this is a cheaper price compared to the regular price that I would be looking at for the software due to the fact that students get a cheaper deal compared to individuals where it costs £60.58. The software i will be needing are the Adobe Products that include Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, but with this pack you get the entire Adobe Creative Cloud collection. This works out cheaper for me than buying each product at an individual price of £8.57. But buying two products this will equal to £17.14 which is far more expensive than the £12.38 for the entire collection. The link for the product I need is https://creative.adobe.com/plans?store_code=gb&promoid=KSPAL
So for the products I'm a little worried about making a profit off includes the T-shirts, to secure a profit with these. I will include them for "free" with every ticket purchase.
